The mum-of-four and co-founder of activewear line Jaggad, 37, said she has streamlined her routine to be quick, simple and effective over the years
The 37-year-old loves Klorane’s Mint Scalp Detox Shampoo ($13.99) and Conditioner ($13.99), and otherwise swears by their Aquatic Mint Dry Shampoo ($15.99) if her locks need a quick spruce:
‘Before that I’d always been an oilier hair type and would have to wash my hair every two days, especially if I exercised, but the Klorane dry shampoo just pushes me through,’ Bec told Gritty Pretty.
If her hair needs some extra nourishment, she’ll turn to the Mango Butter Mask ($24.95) by the same brand, as it’s ‘super luxurious and smells insane’.

When it comes to how she looks after her complexion, Bec said she is ‘big into actives, cosmeceuticals and serums’.
As she heads into her late 30s, the mum-of-four said she relies on big-hitting products with clinically-proven and scientific ingredients.
Bec said she only uses products by The Skincare Company, beginning with their Vitamin C Serum ($125) and their Hyaluronic B5 Serum ($125) first thing in the morning.
She then finishes with the Hydrating Moisturiser with SPF ($95).
‘About once a week I will also use my Microneedle Derma Roller ($49.95) to help the serums penetrate better into my skin. I don’t push too hard though because it makes me sneeze,’ Bec said.
In the evening, she alternates between The Skincare Company’s Vitamin A Serum ($125) and their Exfoliant Serum ($125).
Because both are very active, she has to be careful about how little she uses, but Bec said she adores both for making her ‘look younger, fresher and helping to promote collagen production’.

With her skin and bodycare, Bec (pictured) said she favours actives and serums which really target any problems she has with her skin
While Bec has spent much of this year in Melbourne’s strict lockdown, she explained that she does like to put ‘a little bit’ of makeup on every day, as it helps her to feel better about herself.

She starts with the Mineral Photo Touch Concealer ($45) by The Skincare Company and uses it to cover darkness, imperfections and dark circles.
Following this, Bec said she likes the Mineral Powder Foundation ($65), because it’s easy to sweep over her face in a hurry.
She also uses Luminous Bronzer in the shade Maldives ($59) and Velvet Blush ($45).
‘For my brows I was taught a great trick by makeup artist Liz Kelsh — she always uses a lighter shade for a more natural, fluffy look,’ Bec said.
For this reason, she chooses the Precision Brow Pencil ($33) in Blonde.

In 2013, the mother-of-four acknowledged that she invests ‘a lot of time, effort and cash’ into her appearance and said she gets ‘shocking eye bags.’
‘I get lots of little lumps and bumps here and there if I don’t stay on top of things and I have shocking eye bags some times,’ she said on her website.
‘I guess compared to five years ago, my skin is a lot better. I have put a lot of time, effort and cash into it so it’s nice for people to notice the improvement.’
