The clothing store J. McLaughlin plans to open a store in Bethesda’s Wildwood Shopping Center during the “holiday season,” landlord Federal Realty Investment Trust said Wednesday.
J. McLaughlin sells men’s and women’s clothing. Its offerings for men include shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, pants and accessories. For women, the store offers dresses, tops, skirts, jackets, pants and accessories. J. McLaughlin also sells men’s and women’s shoes.
J. McLaughlin’s other Montgomery County location is in Bethesda Row. It also has stores in Washington D.C., Alexandria, Va., and Reston, Va.
The Wildwood location will be 1,300 square feet and will be between Solidcore and Bethesda Bagels, according to the press release. Federal Realty did not provide a specific opening date.
Wildwood has had a number of new arrivals, including the opening of Sarah’s Handmade Ice Cream and the clothing store Indigo Octopus this month, as well as the recent opening of Piccoli Piatti Pizzeria.
