On Tuesday, the rising country singer, 31, married his fiancée, Paige Korte, after three years together — and PEOPLE has all the exclusive details.

Keeping cautious amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Filmore and Korte, 27, a cardiac sonographer at a Nashville hospital, tied the knot in a “very intimate” ceremony in Isle of Palms, South Carolina, on the same beach where Korte’s parents got engaged 32 years ago.

“The entire day incorporated small touches,” the couple tells PEOPLE. “The coordinates of where we [got] married are the same coordinates that are stamped on Tyler’s ring. We also hand-rolled cigars with our last name, Filmore, on them.”

As can be seen in their wedding video above, their two dogs, Wrangler and Nala, were also a part of the big day.

Filmore’s bus driver, Rick Griffith, married the couple, who both wrote their own vows. David Kodner Personal Jeweler did the rings.

The groom wore a tux by ASOS — and ultimately decided to keep his signature man bun. The bride wore a lace-embroidered Enzoani dress and both went barefoot on the beach.

Korte kept with the age-old tradition of wearing something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. Her “something old” was her mother’s wedding earrings, her “something new” was her dress, her “something borrowed” was Filmore’s grandmother’s pearl and diamond ring and her “something blue” was her mother’s blue sapphire wedding band.

At the reception, which was held in the backyard of Korte’s parents’ home nearby the beach where they got married, Filmore and Korte picked “Marry Me” by Train for their first dance as a married couple.

She was set to marry in August yet the pandemic changed her plans.

Yet Sarah Hyland and her husband-to-be Wells Adams still made sure they lived it up in style as they spent the day at a winery with their nearest and dearest.

After sharing snaps of the day at the time, the Modern Family star, 29, went into full detail about the thwarted day during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Sarah seemed content with the day despite it not being what they had planned, as they have left things indefinitely postponed.

Ellen asked: ‘So you and your lovely fiancé Wells were meant to get married in August?, as Sarah said: ‘Yeah we were supposed to get married 8/8/2020 – not happening! Not happening anymore, what can you do?’

When asked about what they did on the day, she went into stunning detail.

Sarah said: ‘Yes I did get dressed up on the day anyway. It was the first time out of my house since quarantine and we went to a winery…

‘We went with all our friends, all of us got tested, our family, best man, maid of honour. I bought a white dress and a veil i got on Etsy’.

Despite it being a ‘fake’ wedding, she revealed she was still treated, as she said: ‘My bridesmaids got me a real wedding bouquet as a surprise and then we took real wedding pictures for fun’.

In July, Sarah marked a year since they had gotten engaged in Fiji, with a throwback pic from the trip. ‘One year engaged to my best friend. So grateful to be quarantined with the love of my life,’ she wrote in the caption.

New Book Reveals Harsh Details of the Queen’s Feud With Meghan Markle Over Wedding Tiara

Posted on

Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex have separated themselves from the royal family as much as possible now, but that wasn’t always the case. When they first became serious, Meghan tried to fit in with Harry’s family but her efforts weren’t always matched. There have been rumors that Queen Elizabeth II lashed out at Meghan for her request to wear a specific tiara on her wedding day. Now, a new book is giving all of the details.

The tiara incident

There has been a lot of back and forth about what actually happened leading up to Meghan and Harry’s wedding.

Months after the wedding, The Sun reported that the tiara that Meghan wore on the big day was not the one that she originally wanted to have on. She reportedly wanted to borrow one that was adorned with emeralds but wasn’t allowed to.

In the end, Meghan wore the Queen Mary Diamond Bandeau which was last worn by Princess Margaret in 1965.

New details about the feud between Meghan Markle and the queen

Allegedly when Harry was told that Meghan could not wear the tiara she wanted, he said “What Meghan wants Meghan gets.”

In the new book, Battle of Brothers: William and Harry – The Inside Story of a Family in Tumult, royal historian Robert Lacey went into more detail about the argument that ensued after Meghan was denied the tiara.

“Not for the first time, nor sadly the last, the word ‘no’ pushed a button inside him and he flew into a rage,” an excerpt of the book shared by Mirror reads. “There were dressers and flunkies present, guarding and organizing the jewels, so it was inevitable that his now-famous exclamation should find its way to the outside world—What Meghan wants, Meghan gets!

“Her Majesty did not approve. ‘Meghan cannot have whatever she wants,’ she was reported to have replied. ‘She gets the tiara that she’s given by me.”

Another recent biography about Meghan and Harry, Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, tells a different story about the whole tiara selecting process. According to the book, the selection process went smoothly. Co-author Omid Scobie also reiterated that sentiment later in an interview, according to Mirror.

“The tiara selection went wonderfully. The Queen was very happy, Meghan was very happy,” he said. “In fact Meghan’s words when that story came out were ‘how sad, I love my tiara.’”

Belkin Shares Details on First MagSafe Accessories for iPhone 12

Posted on

Belkin today shared details on its first two accessories that are compatible with Apple’s new MagSafe charging system. Both of the devices, a 3-in-1 charger for iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods, and a car vent mount, were briefly shown during the MagSafe portion of Apple’s event yesterday.

Belkin’s BOOST↑CHARGE PRO MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charger includes a flat base with a 5-watt wireless charging spot for ‌AirPods‌ or AirPods Pro, and a chrome stand portion with two arms for charging an ‌iPhone‌ and an Apple Watch.

As with other MagSafe chargers, up to 15 watts of power can be delivered to an ‌iPhone‌, twice what is supported through regular Qi charging. Belkin says the 3-in-1 charger will be available “winter 2020” for $149.99, and it will come in black and white versions.

For traveling in your car, Belkin is introducing MagSafe Car Vent PRO, which offers a slim profile and multiple orientations to easily snap your ‌iPhone‌ into place.

The Car Vent PRO is simply a mount and does not have any charging capabilities of its own, but Belkin says it offers convenient cable management in the back so your charging cable can be kept close at hand. As with the 3-in-1 desktop charger, the car mount will be available this winter, and it will be priced at $39.95.

Finally, Belkin has one non-MagSafe ‌iPhone‌ 12 accessory to announce, which is a set of UltraGlass screen protectors made of lithium aluminosilicate glass for impact and scratch resistance. There are both regular and privacy versions available, with the privacy versions limiting the viewability of the screen from the side.

Apple’s new ‌iPhone‌ 12 models come with new Ceramic Shield displays, which are hardened with ceramic crystals that Apple says provide four times greater drop protection, but some users may still be interested in supplemental screen protection. Belkin’s UltraGlass screen protectors will be launching this Friday through Apple and will be priced between $39.95 and $44.95.
