The menswear e-tailer is giving customers 20 per cent off across both autumn/winter season and the current clearance. So, whether a newness obsessive (shame on you), staple shopper or all-round bargain hunter, rest assured there’s something for you in those vast –and very slow to load, we must warn you – sale pages.

If Black Friday conjures up images of people fighting over supermarket TVs, think again. Since travelling across the pond from the US a few years back, the sales day has exploded, and now even luxury brands are getting involved. Having overtaken Boxing Day as the biggest retail event of the year, Black Friday is the best time to stock up on wardrobe essentials, and perfectly timed if you plan to kit yourself out ahead of the festive season (Hefner-inspired robes it is, then).

Back in the day, true Black Friday commitment was camping out from 7am on Oxford Street, but there’s a smarter solution to Black Friday style shopping. The discounts are all the same online, which means you can bag them from the comfort of your sofa. It’s more convenient, obviously, but also easier to find the styles and sizes you actually want. No more passive-aggressively stock-piling in store.

Oh, and not to mention, the big elephant in the room (whisper it: pandemic) that prevents Londoners from actually entering non-essential shops. Wonder how that one’s gone down with the UK’s retail bigwigs this November…

Of course, at-home Black Friday browsing is not quite as relaxing as we’ve made it sound: you will need to come prepared. Buzzy items sell out fast, so remain laser focused and don’t let glittery new-ins distract you from those essential items. What to expect from END’s Black Friday sale:

This year, END has dropped a blanket discount of 20 per cent off everything on the site (beware: some brands are excluded, the usual culprits as you can imagine). These are the best kind of deals, if you ask us, because there’s a chance to get new-season items at their cheapest. This one is applied automatically once you reach the checkout.

The brand is a big fan of full-price promos, but it also has a decent clearance sale available pretty much all year round. Aditya Birla Fashion Stock Alert: The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited will be meeting on 23 October 2020 (Friday) to consider a proposal for raising funds through issue of equity shares/ convertible bonds / debentures / any other securities, through permissible modes, the company informed in its filing to the stock exchanges. 

“Please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020, to inter alia consider of proposal for raising funds through issue of equity shares/ convertible bonds / debentures / any other securities, through permissible modes including but not limited to a qualified institutions placement, preferential allotment, rights issue, further public offer, etc., subject to such approvals, as may be required under the applicable laws,” the company filing said. 

At 12:30 pm, the stocks of Aditya Birla Fashion were trading at Rs 153. 20 on the NSE, up by almost 6 per cent from the previous close on Friday.

ABFRL emerged after the consolidation of the branded apparel businesses of Aditya Birla Group comprising ABNL’s Madura Fashion division and ABNL’s subsidiaries — Pantaloons Fashion and Retail (PFRL) and Madura Fashion & Lifestyle (MFL) in May 2015. Post the consolidation, PFRL was renamed Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.
