AEW’s Demo God Chris Jericho has launched his own clothing line, Painmaker Apparel.

Jericho, who recently celebrated 30 years in the wrestling business, unveiled the collection on Wednesday (November 25) ahead of AEW Dynamite.

The collection is inspired by the time Jericho has spent in Japan during the past three decades and includes T-shirts, hoodies, jackets and track pants for men and women.

Jericho first wrestled in Japan in the ’90s before making his return to NJPW in 2018 to face Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12.

In a statement, Jericho said: “As I continue to expand the Jericho brand, a clothing line was the natural next step.

“But Painmaker Apparel is more than just a collection of great quality clothing with a rubber stamp design. Each item in this collection has been individually patterned and influenced by the 60 tours of Japan I’ve experienced over the last 30 years.

On next week’s Dynamite, Jericho will face Frankie Kazarian during AEW’s special ‘Winter is Coming’ show which will also see Jon Moxley put his AEW Championship on the line against Kenny Omega.

Chris Harrison Says There’s a ‘Double Standard’ Between Men and Women on Bachelor Franchise

John Fleenor via Getty Images Chris Harrison

Chris Harrison is acknowledging the “double standard” between men and women in Bachelor Nation.

Speaking in an interview with Maria Menounos for her daytime talk show Better Together, which will air Thursday morning, Harrison, 49, admitted that the controversial game of strip dodgeball played by the men earlier in this season of The Bachelorette would not have happened with women contestants on The Bachelor.

“Would we have played strip dodgeball with the women?” Harrison said. “No. Is that a double standard? Yes.”

“Should there be double standards in the world? Maybe,” he added.

In one of the early group dates, Clare Crawley — who has since been replaced as the Bachelorette by Tayshia Adams — hosted a group date that involved a game of “Strip Dodgeball.”

Yosef was angered by the activity and told Clare as much.

“I expected a lot more from the oldest Bachelorette that’s ever been,” he told her during the cocktail party, calling the game a “distasteful and classless display” and saying that he was “appalled” it took place.

In last week’s episode, Clare broke up with her remaining 16 suitors and got engaged to Dale Moss — whose comfort after the face-off with Yosef was an early sign of her love. “Literally, all I’ve ever wanted is a man like Dale,” she said in a confessional after the encounter.

Harrison said in the interview with Menounos, 42, that the shakeup, which brought on Tayshia as the new Bachelorette, was “unprecedented” — and even a little “scary.”

“Hitting the pause button on the show was something unbelievably difficult to do and unprecedented and kind of scary, because we were putting these guys on ice for 18 to 24 hours,” said Harrison of the whirlwind of Clare and Dale’s engagement. “We didn’t really tell them anything.”

While the men were kept in the dark, energy was restored with the arrival of Tayshia — and four new men to the Bachelorette bubble in Palm Springs, where this season was filmed. The new recruits are Spencer, a 30-year-old water treatment engineer; gym owner Montel, 30; real estate agent Peter, 32; and Noah, a 25-year-old travel nurse.

Harrison said on a recent episode of The Ben and Ashley I. Almost Famous Podcast that he “fought for” Tayshia to be the new Bachelorette.

New York Jets Shopping Tight End Chris Herndon

CINCINNATI — The Jets are shopping tight end Chris Herndon ahead of Tuesday’s trade deadline according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.

Herndon has struggled over the past year and a half after flashing his potential as a rookie.

The Jets selected Herndon in the fourth-round (107th overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft.

He had 39 receptions for 502 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie and looked like one of the top young tight ends in the league.

That’s when things went off the rails for Herndon. He was suspended for the first four games of 2019 after violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.

Herndon returned for the Jets, but didn’t make an impact. He only had one catch before suffering a season-ending rib injury.

The 24-year-old has 14 receptions for 101 yards this season.

He has been underwhelming this season, but not many skill players would thrive in New York.

Herndon’s under contract through the 2021 season and is only making $1 million next year. These are the type of deals the Bengals should pursue.

Why not take a chance on a talented tight end that could be added on the cheap?

Rookie quarterback Joe Burrow loves throwing to his tight ends. At 6-4, 253 pounds, Herndon has the size and ability to be a quality player.

Taking Herndon out of the black hole that is Adam Gase’s offense and plugging him into a place with Burrow, A.J. Green, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd could maximize his abilities.

Why not offer a sixth or seventh-rounder to the Jets for Herndon?

The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday at 4 p.m.

Chris Harrison Launches New Wedding Band Collection with Girlfriend Lauren Zima in Mind

Bachelorette Clare Sends 1 Man Home After He Calls Her ‘Classless,’ Withholds Group Date Rose

“I did not get what I needed with you guys,” she said on Tuesday night’s episode

Chris Harrison and his girlfriend Lauren Zima have been looking at wedding rings together — but not in the way you’re thinking.

The Bachelor Nation host, 49, has teamed up with Manly Bands to launch a collection of wedding bands for men. He enlisted Entertainment Tonight correspondent Zima, 33, to help name each of the pieces in the 24-ring collection (aptly titled The Chris Harrison Collection,) and a few of the bands were even named with his girlfriend in mind.

“The Napa, which has the wine barrel inlay, is a place that Lauren and I love to visit,” he tells PEOPLE. “We are big wine people. In fact, we were drinking wine when we named that one.”

Like many couples, Harrison and Zima have been able to spend more time together at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic. “We were kinda forced to ask the hard question, ‘Do I  really wanna be in this relationship? Do I really love this person enough to quarantine with them?'” Harrison says. “And fortunately, the answer for Lauren and I was a resounding yes.”

Zima also spent time with Harrison’s two kids, Taylor and Joshua, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Gwen. “[Zima] has gotten to know them a lot more, and be more involved in their lives, and it’s really special,” Harrison says. “For me, not to have had that for a very long time, and to now find that, it’s been wonderful.”

Despite his venture into wedding bands, Harrison isn’t looking for one for himself just yet. (“If I was, whoever I was proposing to would not hear about it via an interview!” he quips.)

As for his engaged friends and former Bachelor Nation contestants — from Jordan Rogers to Wells Adams to Kevin Wendt — he recommends a Manly Bands ring. “This is gonna sound weird, but I would be honored if I could put a ring on their finger,” Harrison jokes.

The host believes men should have the same “that’s the one” feeling when picking out their wedding band as they do when selecting an engagement ring for their partner. “When Neil Lane shows up with a box of [engagement] rings, you have selection, you have variety,” he says of the Bachelor Nation go-to jeweler. “Guys didn’t really have that.”

But when soon-to-be husbands look through the Chris Harrison Collection, he says, “I promise you the guys are gonna see the ring and go, ‘Damn, yeah. That’s me. That’s my ring.'”

Bachelor’s Chris Harrison Launches Men’s Wedding Ring

A match made in heaven! Chris Harrison is embracing his role in the game of love with a new jewelry line for men.

The Bachelor and Bachelorette host, 49, teamed up with Manly Bands to launch a collection of men’s wedding rings. But these aren’t your average pieces. The super cool designs incorporate all kinds of different materials including tantalum, meteorite and even dinosaur bone. If you’re more of a traditionalist, though, there’s also lots of gold and diamond options as well.

In terms of price points, the costs range from $650 for a titanium design to $3,500 for a solid gold band. But with 24 pieces to choose from, there’s a little something for everyone — and any budget.

The Host, The Honeymoon, and The Promise bands.

When it comes to engagements on the hit ABC show, contestants almost always go for a Neil Lane design. And oh boy, has there been some seriously beautiful rings. Even if the relationships don’t always work out.

Most recently, Peter Weber proposed to Hannah Ann Sluss in Australia with a 3.27-carat platinum-and-diamond Neil Lane engagement ring. The stunning pear-cut diamond was surrounded by 99 round brilliant cut diamonds.

There was Becca Kufrin’s 18-karat yellow gold three-stone engagement ring from Garrett Yrigoyen, Catherine Giudici’s 3.15-carat stunner from Sean Lowe and Kaitlyn Bristowe’s $150,000 3.5-carat ring from Shawn Booth.

And of course who could forget Hannah Brown’s classic oval-cut diamond ring, which was surrounded by a halo of 89 smaller diamonds and set in a diamond band, from Jed Wyatt. It may have been a very brief engagement due to Wyatt’s not-so-single relationships status, but nevertheless, it was one gorgeous ring!

Who knows, maybe Clare Crawley’s Dale Moss will be the first person in Bachelor nation to wear a Chris Harrison x Manly Bands design.

With $25m gift from ex-Tiger Cub Chris Shumway, Harvard creates MBA to link business and science

Former Tiger Cub Chris Shumway is helping Harvard University prepare a new breed of MBAs, equally at ease on Wall Street and in the laboratory.

With a $25 million gift, Shumway and his wife, Carrie Shumway, are supporting the joint life-sciences MS/MBA program at Harvard Business School, which took its first 11 students in August. Three-quarters of the class are women; all were life-sciences majors, and many have worked in the field.

Shumway said he couldn’t recall seeing a life-sciences case study during his time at the Business School in the early 1990s, after which he joined Julian Robertson’s Tiger Management. He became interested as he got involved with the startup Crestovo and saw it through a merger with Finch Therapeutics to develop microbiome-based drugs.

”We made significant investment in terms of capital and hiring that management team and growing that business,” Shumway said. ”It was easy for us to find amazing scientists, and there are terrific entrepreneurs. Finding the intersection of those two groups was very difficult.”

Some of the funds are for financial aid and creating case studies. This year’s focus is on the Cambridge biotech Moderna and what’s happening at the Food and Drug Administration regarding the novel coronavirus. About 15 to 20 others are in the works, on topics including pharmaceutical companies acquiring small biotech firms and cell manufacturing.

Shumway and Dean Nitin Nohria started talking about a way for Harvard to mint science-grounded business graduates about six years ago.

”Nitin is an entrepreneur himself,” said Shumway, 54, who shut his $8 billion hedge fund in 2011. ”He was open and already thinking about the connection points within Harvard that would allow this.”

The program was set up with Harvard’s Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology. Its start during a global pandemic underscores the urgency of the gift’s objectives as the world ponders when safe vaccines and therapies will get to market and be in wide distribution.

The University of Virginia beat out Harvard for securing Shumway’s first $25 million gift in this area. Two years ago, Shumway donated to his undergraduate alma mater to help it start programs between the commerce school and the medical school.

”As I’ve gotten older, one of the things I’m thinking about is how do you have an impact,” he said.

”In the commercial space, you can invest in organizations that have tremendous potential to save lives. The whole view is how do you create social good and have a positive commerce ecosystem around it, so you can encourage all the people who need to, to take action.”

Olivia Attwood has revealed she will invite her ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes’ best friend Kem Cetinay to her upcoming wedding.

The TOWIE star, 29, got engaged to Blackburn Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack, 26, in Dubai in October 2019, and is currently planning her nuptials amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

The TV personality admitted although she hasn’t been able to invite all of her TOWIE and Love Island co-stars, Kem, 24, will ‘probably’ be on the list.

Olivia said in an interview with this week’s OK! magazine: ‘I haven’t been able to invite everyone I want, but Amber [Davies], Nicole [Bass], Clelia [Theodorou] and Chloe Sims will be invited, and Kem [Cetinay] probably. We’re friends again now.’

The reality star had entered a feud with Kem after his break-up with co-star Amber Davies, 22, as she remained close friends with the West End stage actress.

Olivia met Chris, 27, on ITV2’s Love Island in 2017 and the pair dated for six months after the show, before deciding to go their separate ways.

Chris spoke about Olivia’s upcoming wedding earlier this month, musing: ‘Her and Brad are meant to be. That’s the way life is. I’ll get married one day. Hopefully. Maybe. Don’t want to grow up just yet!’

The former grid girl revealed she had to completely change her wedding plans after the coronavirus pandemic meant she could no longer get married in an idyllic ceremony overseas.

Olivia and Bradley have dated on and off for four years after first getting together before the star’s appearance on Love Island.

They rekindled their relationship last year after the blonde was accused of faking her single status during her stint on Celebs Go Dating in 2018.

The TV personality got back with the footballer shortly after the series finished airing and they now live in a luxury flat in Manchester.
